Josh Smith

Josh Smith has extensive experience in the real estate industry, specializing in hospitality and gaming properties. Josh started their career in 1999 as a Real Estate Analyst at PKF Investments. Josh then worked as an Executive Director/Consulting Manager at Hospitality Advisors Valuation & Consulting from 2000 to 2003, where they provided senior level assistance in various areas of the industry. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a Master's Intern at HREC - Hospitality Real Estate Counselors and as an ALIS - Planning Assistant at Burba Hotel Network while in a Master's program. In 2004, they joined Western Capital Partners as an Investment/Credit Officer - Lead Hospitality Analyst. Josh then joined CBRE in 2005 as a Hospitality & Gaming Specialist - Appraiser, where they provided expertise in gaming appraisal. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Colliers International as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant in the Capital Markets and Investment Services division.
