Lee Kerfoot

Lee Kerfoot is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel investment and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HREC Investment Advisors since July 2019, Lee advises clients on the disposition of hotel properties while previously holding the Vice President position focusing on investment sales and data analytics. As the owner of Kerfoot Canopy Tour and Brainerd Zip Line Tour, Lee has helped establish these attractions as premier zip line experiences in the Midwest. Prior roles include Hotel Real Estate Advisor and Licensed Broker at Timm & Associates, where 47 hotels worth over $128 million were sold, and experience in asset management with luxury hotels at hotelAVE. Lee's career began with managerial and operational roles in various hospitality establishments, complemented by an educational background with a Master’s in Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
