Rachel Lee Kolis is an accomplished general manager currently overseeing operations at Blue Point Grille since December 2022, and has previously served as assistant general manager. Kolis has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Hospitality Restaurants since October 2015 in various roles including event manager and service manager. Additionally, Kolis has a background in theatre, performing as an actress in productions such as "Kin" at Dobama Theatre and "Fool For Love" with Convergence Continuum. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Acting from Drama Centre London (2007-2010) and attendance at Cleveland School of the Arts (2005-2006). Early experience also includes bar staff at The Old Vic and a role as hostess at Hospitality Restaurant Group.
