Gary Shaw

Gary Shaw has extensive experience in broadcast management and operations, currently serving as Host Country Director for FWC26/FCWC25 in Canada, Mexico, and the USA at HBS since October 2000. Shaw has led high-profile projects such as the Rugby World Cup operations in New Zealand 2025 and France 2023, and has held multiple roles including Director of Venue Management for FIFA World Cups in Russia, Brazil, and South Africa. Previous roles include project management for the Southeast Asia Games in Singapore and operations management for various international events, culminating in a strong foundation established during early career positions in broadcast management and finance. Shaw holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics and Management from Queen Elizabeth College, University of London.
