Nina Michelle Carazas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nina Michelle started their career as an Assistant at Syracuse University Athletic Communications Department, where they provided support during major sporting events. During this time, they gained experience in press room support, researching statistics, on-field liaison, post-game interviews, and transcribing quotes.

After that, Nina joined TEKsystems as an IT Recruiter in the Healthcare Services division. Nina Michelle later transitioned to the role of Account Manager, specializing in Healthcare and Life Sciences. TEKsystems is a leading technology staffing and services company, and Nina contributed to their focus on Healthcare IT talent management and services.

Following their time at TEKsystems, Nina joined Divurgent as a Director of Client Services. Divurgent is a healthcare consulting firm that focuses on healthcare evolution and strategies for higher quality care and healthier communities.

In 2020, Nina joined ThoughtSpot as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive. ThoughtSpot is disrupting the Business Intelligence industry with Search-Driven Analytics for the enterprise. Nina achieved significant success in this role, including being recognized as the 22' #2 Rep Globally with 304% of quota and achieving the President Club status.

Most recently, Nina is working as the Chief Operating Officer at AutoReturn, a Boston-based provider of towing and parking enforcement SaaS software. Nina Michelle'srole involves contributing to the company's mission of clearing roads quicker, making communities safer, and adding transparency to the towing and parking enforcement process.

Nina Michelle Carazas has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
