Heather Henson

Heather Henson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and financial analysis within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Host Hotels & Resorts, Heather manages a $225 million portfolio of upscale hotel properties, with responsibilities that include enhancing cash flow, underwriting asset value opportunities, and developing portfolio forecasts. Prior roles include Senior Assistant Controller at Marriott Wardman Park Hotel and Washington Dulles Airport and Suites Marriott, where Heather oversaw annual budgets, managed cost containment plans, and participated in sales strategy initiatives. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
