Laura Novak

Laura Novak has a diverse work experience in risk management. Laura started their career as a Risk Manager at The Artery Group in 1989 and later held the role of Senior Director of Risk Management at AvalonBay Communities, Inc. In 2008, they became Vice President of the Real Estate Practice Group at Aon Risk Services before transitioning to consulting as a Risk Management Consultant in 2011. Since 2012, Laura has been working at Host Hotels & Resorts, initially as a Risk Management Consultant and later as the VP of Risk Management.

Laura Novak completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Allegheny College from 1984 to 1988.
