Nicole Brizan

Nicole Brizan started their career in 2004 at Marriott International, where they held various roles including Manager of Business Support and Internal Audit. Nicole managed financial information for 170 departments with a $150 million budget. In 2011, they moved to Host Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Manager of Hotel Reporting & Analysis before becoming the Director of Hotel Accounting and Reporting. In their current position, they co-manage month-end close processes, prepares financial statements, and performs analytical reviews to provide detailed variance explanations.

Nicole Brizan earned a BBA in Accounting from Adelphi University in 2002. Nicole later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Real Estate at American University - Kogod School of Business, completing it in 2015. Nicole also holds various certifications, including the Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2022 and the Certified Internal Auditor designation from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2007.
