Tim Hartwig

Tim Hartwig serves as the Senior Director of Engineering Technical Services at Host Hotels and Resorts since August 2010, focusing on enhancing portfolio value through optimal facility systems and maximizing return on investment. Hartwig collaborates with various internal departments, consultants, and hotel operators to deliver comprehensive facility infrastructure support, encompassing project management, ROI project validation, asset performance evaluation, energy management, regulatory compliance, and the integration of new technologies. Prior to this role, Hartwig held the position of Director of Engineering at JW Marriott Washington DC from 2005 to August 2010 and at Ritz Carlton Washington DC from 2003 to 2005.
