Guest Insight Manager

Guest Insight Manager has always been interested in aircraft and procurement. They did a year long internship in supply chain management at Airbus Group where they dealt with daily problem solving tasks presented by the complexities of airframe procurement. Their role involved assisting the aircraft ordering teams through the management of numerous projects launched to streamline processes and ensure optimum performance. Their fresh perspective allowed them to spot opportunities to create a more lean process - utilising Excel to create various tools aimed at saving ordering time. Guest Insight Manager is now using their skills to help Host So Simple provide the best possible experience for their guests.

The Guest Insight Manager has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) First Class in Business Management from the University of Liverpool, and A Levels in Business Studies, IT & Maths from St. Francis Xavier's College Liverpool.
