Henriette Fleischmann

Henriette Fleischmann has a diverse range of work experience. Henriette is currently serving as the President & CEO of Hosta a.i. since August 2019. Henriette also worked as Hosta a.i.@Techstars Accelerator at the Techstars Allied Space Program from June 2020 to September 2020. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at BUSINESS TRENDS ACADEMY (BTA) GmbH from December 2017 to December 2019. Henriette also holds an MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, where they studied from June 2018 to July 2019.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of Head of Strategy Office at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf from April 2015 to July 2017. Henriette also worked at Porsche Consulting, starting as a Consultant from July 2011 to December 2012 and later as a Project Manager from January 2013 to April 2015. Their career began as an IT Consultant at Daimler AG in 2008, where they remained until 2011.

Henriette Fleischmann pursued their education in various fields, starting with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management from Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), which they completed in the years 2004 to 2008. Henriette later obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Hochschule Wismar between 2011 and 2012.

Henriette also attended Le Wagon in 2017, where they specialized in FullStack Development. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Universidad Católica de Córdoba in 2007 and 2008.

Furthermore, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2019, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they pursued an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management during the period of 2018 to 2019.
