Asem Abuelhija

Asem Abuelhija has a strong background in the field of technology, with experience in various roles. In 2016, they started their career as an English Second Language Instructor at JBS Irbid. After three years, in 2019, they transitioned to become a Software Engineer at SEDCO. Asem then moved on to work as a Unix/Linux System Administrator at Arab Bank in 2020. Continuing to expand their knowledge, they joined iHorizons in 2022 as a DevOps and Linux Engineer. Currently, Asem holds the position of a DevOps Engineer at Hostaway, starting in 2023.

Asem Abuelhija completed their Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering and Security from Jordan University of Science and Technology. They attended the university from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Asem obtained several certifications from Red Hat. In January 2022, they became a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA). In March 2022, they earned the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification. Finally, in April 2022, Asem obtained the Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes certification.
