Bhishma Patle

Bhishma Patle has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they co-founded HostelDevta and helped the company grow its business in the South-West region of India. Bhishma also developed software solutions to tackle business issues faced by the organisation. In 2021, they became President of the Civil Engineering Society at NIT Silchar. During their tenure, they organised and managed a number of events and educational seminars, as well as conducted the Intra department first technical fest, CivoTech' 2022. In 2022, they became a Summer Intern at IPS-Mehtalia Pvt. Ltd. During their internship, they performed material quality analysis, project cost estimation and designing sector. Bhishma also assisted in project planning of bigger projects.

Bhishma Patle has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar, which they obtained between 2019 and 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Higher Secondary School degree from Marotrao Mude High School between 2017 and 2019, with a focus on Physics, Maths and Chemistry.
