Carolyn Wright

Carolyn Wright is currently the Head of Culture, Inclusion and Organisation Development at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust and serves as a Board Trustee for Hostelling Scotland. They are responsible for the delivery of the UHMBT People Strategy, focusing on engagement, inclusion, and organisational development. Previously, Carolyn held roles in human resources at BAE Systems, the University of Central Lancashire, and Lake District National Park, culminating in the position of Head of People and Organisation Development. Carolyn earned a Master's degree with distinction in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Lancashire and a BA Hons from the University of Stirling.
