Deirdre Gallery

Deirdre Gallery has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Deirdre started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked there until 2008. Deirdre then joined AMP as a Senior Financial Accountant from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Great Lakes Australia (Munich Re) as a Finance Manager from 2010 to 2014 and later as a Business Analyst from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, Deirdre has been working at Hostelworld Group in various roles, including Interim Financial Operations Controller, Strategy and Analytics Manager, Strategy Operations Manager, and currently as the Head of Product and Technology Operations.

Deirdre Gallery's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from University College Dublin in 2003. In 2004, they pursued a Masters in Accounting (M.Acc) from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School (UCD). From 2004 to 2007, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland, where they became a Qualified Chartered Accountant. In 2012, they obtained a Diploma in General Insurance from the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Finally, in 2013, they completed a program in Life Insurance from the Financial Services Accountants Association (FSAA).
