Karisa Thelen, CPA, currently serves as a Finance Business Partner at Hostelworld Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Karisa accumulated significant experience at EY from September 2016 to October 2021, advancing from Assurance Staff to Assurance Senior and ultimately to Assurance Manager. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Student-Athlete Tutor at Indiana University Bloomington from February 2014 to May 2016, an Assurance Intern role at EY during the summer of 2015, and work as a Kids Camp Counselor at Life Time Fitness from May 2012 to August 2013. Karisa’s early involvement in sports includes serving as a Soccer Referee at St. Clare of Assisi in late 2008. Karisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in May 2016, and completed high school at Marquette High School from 2008 to 2012.
