Michal Bartosz

Michal Bartosz is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in growth equity and corporate strategy. Currently serving as a Partner at bValue Fund since January 2022, Michal leads growth equity investments, including a focus on Hostersi, a provider of cloud migration services. In addition, Michal holds positions on the Supervisory Board of Sportano.pl and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hostersi. Prior roles include VP of Strategy and M&A at Avenga, where strategic growth initiatives were executed, and Investment Manager at Grupa Wirtualna Polska, contributing to significant investments. Earlier experience at Enterprise Investors involved performing commercial due diligence and participating in notable buyouts. Michal began a career in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte Advisory Poland. Michal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University, supplemented by finance studies at the National University of Singapore and ACCA certification.
