Randall Hom

Randall Hom is a seasoned design professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in product design and restaurant ventures. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Hostie since January 2024 and Co-Founder at Back to Back since February 2022, Randall is involved in creating unique dining experiences. Previously, Randall was a Senior Product Designer for Instacart's Ready Meals division from February 2021 to February 2022, and held senior roles at Flexport and BetterWorks, contributing significantly to product design from 2014 to 2021. Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from the University of California, Davis, earned in 2012.
