Anika Jain is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, HR management, and people operations. Anika began the career at Amazon as a Human Resources specialist, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity. Anika then served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dell EMC, streamlining HR processes and providing team training. Following this, Anika advanced to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist at The PRactice, focusing on employee engagement and HR documentation. In 2023, Anika became the Human Resources Coordinator at Great Southern Hotel in Melbourne, managing all HR functions independently. Currently, Anika leads the People & Culture efforts as HR Manager at hosting.com for the Australian team and oversees operations across the APAC region.
