Gabrielė Zakaitienė

Gabrielė Zakaitienė has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Gabrielė joined Hostinger International in 2019 and has held several positions within the company. Gabrielė started as a National Coordinator at IFMSA - International Federation of Medical Students Association in 2011. In 2015, they joined the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences as a Medical Doctor specializing in ENT and worked there until 2018. In 2016, they also interned as an ORL specialist at Université de Lille, Droit et Santé. At Hostinger International, Gabrielė has held roles such as Recruiter & People Coordinator, People & Culture Partner, and People Business Partner (HRBP). Currently, they serve as the Lead People Business Partner, where they provide support and feedback to dedicated teams and consulting managers in various areas of people management. In their previous roles, they have been involved in developing and implementing strategies for team engagement, talent acquisition, and internal communication. Gabrielė has also served as the Head of Otorhinolaryngology department society and a Board Member at LUHS Students' Scientific society.

Gabrielė Zakaitienė completed their education in the following order: From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master's degree in Global Leadership and Strategy from ISM University of Management and Economics. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Medicine from the University of Geneva. From 2009 to 2015, they earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Prior to their higher education, they attended Jonas Jablonskis gymnasium as a student from 2001 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera and holds a driving license in Category B. Gabrielė also completed the Minimum Criteria for ICH E6 GCP Investigator Site Personnel Training and is a certified PADI Open water diver.
