Joseph Sowinski has extensive experience in the culinary industry, having worked as a Sous Chef at Guy Fieri Mount Airy Casino and as a Head Cook at Hostmark Hospitality Group. Joseph also has experience as a Cook at Brittan Resorts and Banquet Chef/Head Cook at Fairway Grille. Additionally, Joseph has worked as a Chef at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. Joseph handles all banquets and tastings, as well as oversees the kitchen in the absence of the executive chef.
