Marina Alinchenko

Marina Alinchenko has worked in various roles since 1997. Starting as an Engineer at the Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion, they developed software programs and used them for computer simulation of complex biological structures. Marina then moved to Cady's Alley Restaurant Concepts, LLC : DBA Leopold's Kafe and Konditorei / L2 Lounge as an Accountant/Controller in 2005. In 2007, they joined EastBanc as a Consultant and Financial Analyst. In this role, they developed and updated projections for real estate portfolio using Argus DCF and Excel and analyzed and compared profitability of proposals of the lease agreements for vacant spaces. Marina also compiled required/requested information for refinancing and conducted studies and coordinated with other departments in the preparation of annual budgets. In 2011, they held roles as Chief Financial Officer at Hostme and Financial Consultant at Capital Wines, LLC.

Marina Alinchenko obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Physics and Biophysics from Novosibirsk State University (NSU) between 1997 and 2001. Marina then earned their Masters in the same field from the same university between 2001 and 2003. Subsequently, they completed their ABD in Chemical Physics from the Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion between 2003 and 2005. Finally, they obtained their MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between 2010 and 2013.
