Quentin Brackers de Hugo has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Quentin began their career as a student at Ecole Centrale Paris in 2009 and was President of the Club Finance de Ecole Centrale de Paris in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Co-founder and Managing Director of SPEAR - Société Pour une Épargne Activement Responsable, where they designed the long-term strategy, raised 500,000€ of lending, and pitched to four of the biggest banks in France. In 2013, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst, Associate, and Engagement Manager. In 2017, they became a Lauréat at Résau Entreprendre Paris. In 2016, they Co-founded HostnFly.

Quentin Brackers de Hugo's education history includes a Master of Science (M.S.) in Operations Research from Columbia University from 2012 to 2013, a Diplôme d'ingénieur grandes écoles from CentraleSupélec from 2009 to 2012 in Mathématiques, Finance, Economie, a Master 1 from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2010 to 2011 in "Modélisation numérique, mathématiques financières", and a Lycee Sainte Geneviève from 2007 to 2009 in Mathématiques, Physique.
