Kelli Francis-Staite has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2010, Kelli worked as a Swimming Instructor at Stateswim Morphett Road, where they developed swimming programs, coached swimmers, and provided customer service. In 2011, they began working as a Mathematics Tutor and Mathematics Learning Centre Tutor at the University of Adelaide, assisting first and second-year university students with their mathematical coursework. Kelli also held the position of Mathematics Tutorial Assistant at the University of Oxford, where they marked assignments, worked with course tutors, and demonstrated problem-solving to students. Kelli then became a Non-stipendary Lecturer in Statistics and Mathematics at The Queen's College, Oxford, organizing and delivering tutorials for first and second-year students.
