Nicole Kinnear

Nicole Kinnear is an experienced executive with a strong background in marketing, communications, and public affairs. Currently serving as Executive Manager of Service Operations and Executive Manager of Public and Corporate Affairs, Policy and Advocacy at Hostplus since May 2022, Kinnear previously held multiple leadership roles at Statewide Super from June 2016 to May 2022, including General Manager of Marketing and Member Engagement. Kinnear’s earlier experience includes key positions at amplifi-ID, City of Onkaparinga, and YWCA, Adelaide and Australia, focusing on marketing and communications. Kinnear holds a Master of Arts in Communication Management and a Graduate Diploma in Communications (Public Relations) from the University of South Australia, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Marketing from the same institution.
