Jasna Ivankovic has extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Scrum Master and People Manager at Hot ITem since March 2007. Prior roles include multiple positions as Project Manager and various Scrum Master roles, as well as serving as a Technical Project Manager and Data Analyst at LogicaCMG from September 2000 to March 2007, with notable projects for clients such as Delta Lloyd and Albert Heijn. Jasna also worked as a DWH consultant at Eneco from November 2005 to February 2007. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Information and Communication Technology) from Hogeschool Alkmaar and various NLP certifications from Likewise Academy for NLP & Coaching between 2014 and 2017.
