Jay Costales

Jay Costales has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Jay started in 1996 at SPACEHAB, Inc. as a Systems Software Engineer and later became a Senior Administrator, specializing in software development and information technology. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at Raytheon as a Technology Solutions Manager and Lead Systems Software Engineer. In 2011, they joined Sports Challenge Network as a Chief Cloud/Solution Architect. Jay then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Xycast from 2013 to 2015. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Oceaneering, initially as a Systems Software Engineer and later as a Chief Software Architect. Jay joined Neudesic in 2019 as a Technical Client Director, Digital Platforms. Jay then joined TUYA Technologies in 2017 as their Chief Technology Officer, a role they held until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Cloud Architect at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Technology Officer at Hot Shot Final Mile, starting in December 2021.

Jay Costales obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021. These certifications include being a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master and a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager.
