Duane Tarbet

Duane Tarbet is the Human Resources Director and Safety and Risk Assessment Coordinator at Hot Springs Village POA since February 2022. With a robust background in public safety, Duane retired as a Police Lieutenant from the Hot Springs Police Department in June 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the Criminal Investigation Division. Prior experience includes roles as a part-time Insurance Agent at Aflac, a Paramedic at LifeNet EMS, and Safety Coordinator at St. Joseph Health, focusing on accident investigation and safety program development. Duane holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Columbia Southern University and two Associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Occupational Safety and Health.
