Tom Heffer

Tom Heffer is the current Director of Golf at Hot Springs Village POA. Prior to that, they served as Interim Director of Marketing for Conway Regional Health System from April 2019 to August 2019. In that role, they led a newly created marketing team, defined roles, and recruited for three new specialists. Tom also managed advertising, social media, events, collateral, and branded items for all hospitals, clinics, and service lines.

Before their time at Conway Regional Health System, Tom worked as an Account Director at Media Management from April 2015 to July 2018. In that role, they managed communications and audit delivery between MMi and media managers from AT&T, General Motors, Berkshire Hathaway Automotive, Disney Theatrical Group, Papa John's, Southeast Toyota Distributors, Captain D's, Group 1 Automotive and Zaxby's.

Tom has also worked as an Instructor at University of Phoenix from October 2014 to June 2015 and as an Account Executive and Brand Content Manager at Acxiom from December 2011 to October 2012.

Tom Heffer has a MBA from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Tom's undergraduate degree is from Louisiana State University and they have a high school diploma from St. Thomas High School. Tom also has a certification from University of Phoenix in University of Phoenix Faculty Certification.

They are on a team with Ricky Middleton - Chief of Police, Karl Russ - Controller, and Teassa Eubanks - Director of Human Resources. Tom Heffer reports to Kelly Hale, General Manager & Board Secretary.
