Anthony Kolta

Anthony Kolta has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Anthony began their career as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo Bank in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Anthony then transitioned to the hospitality industry, working as a Concierge at Embassy Suites from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined AXA Advisors as an Assistant Financial Analyst for a short period.

Following this, Anthony worked at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works as a Student Professional Worker in Fleet Management from 2006 to 2008. Anthony gained experience in data analysis, budget forecasting, project management, and research.

In 2008, Anthony joined Incase Designs as a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist, where they managed supply and demand for Apple retail in North America. Anthony focused on production scheduling, transportation optimization, and implementing EDI systems.

From 2011 to 2013, Anthony worked at Ingram Micro as a Program Manager, before joining Newgistics in 2013. At Newgistics, they initially served as an Account Manager, managing client relationships and optimizing supply chains. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, where they acted as a liaison between Account Management and Operations, recommending solutions to achieve company goals. Anthony also contributed to business development through referrals and research.

Most recently, Anthony joined Hot Topic in 2018. Anthony started as a Manager in EOM and Order Fulfillment and progressed to the role of Senior Manager in 2022. Anthony'sresponsibilities included managing and optimizing the efficiency of the e-commerce operation, improving OMS logic, developing new metrics, and establishing process enhancements. Anthony also introduced the concept of "Big Data" to executive leadership.

Anthony Kolta earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In May 2017, they also obtained a certification in Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies from Coursera.
