Melisa McPherson

Melisa McPherson has a strong background in operations, holding various leadership positions in well-known companies. Melisa began their career as Director of Operations at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, where they worked for almost 20 years. Melisa then moved on to Radial (aka eBay Enterprise) as Director of Fulfillment, followed by a role as Director of Operations at Arvato Bertelsmann North America. Most recently, they have been serving as Senior Leader and Director of Operations at Hot Topic. Throughout their career, Melisa has consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively manage operational functions within organizations.

Melisa McPherson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English and Music from Harding University in 1997.
