Ffion Waddon

Ffion Waddon currently serves as the Community Lead at HotTopics since May 2024. Previously, Waddon held positions as Relationship Director at both CXO Portals and Enlightened Events, as well as Head of Global CxO Relations US at ABM Alliance. Experience in the Global CIO Institute includes roles as Head of Delegation, Delegate Team Manager EU, and VIP Delegation Executive. Earlier career highlights include working as a Reservations Agent and Front Office Assistant at Celtic Manor Resort, and as a Retail Sales Assistant at The Fragrance Shop. Waddon began a career in coaching as an Assistant Coach at Christian Malcolm Sports Academy Limited. Educational accomplishments include a Diploma Level 3 Extended in Sport (Development Coaching & Fitness) from Coleg Gwent and GCSEs from Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School.
