Richie Wan is a recruitment and entrepreneurship expert with over a decade of experience in various sectors. As the Founder of Seeker since June 2022, Richie has developed a platform that connects startups with hidden talents. Concurrently, Richie serves as a Hotbed Fellow, participating in a program designed to help startups achieve product market fit. Prior to these roles, Richie founded WCH Recruitment, a boutique agency focused on small businesses, and served as a Principal Consultant at HARMONY RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED. Richie’s career also includes positions at notable recruitment firms such as Spencer-Ogden, Connect Appointments, and Change Recruitment Group, covering various industries and roles internationally. Richie holds a BA Hons in Marketing & Communications from Glasgow Caledonian University.
