Jennifer Lang Kelley

Jennifer Lang Kelley has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Homebuilder and Select Business Unit Division Service Manager at Hotchkiss Insurance since May 2007. In this role, Jennifer ensures continuity of workflows and efficient processes for the Homebuilder and Select Business Unit departments, while also focusing on team development through coaching and support. Prior to this, Jennifer held positions including Commercial Lines Service Team Lead and Commercial Lines CSR, where responsibilities included maintaining service quality and training in the commercial lines department. Earlier experience includes working as a Personal Lines Account Associate at Farmers Insurance - Licalsi Insurance and as a Loan Processing Assistant at The Mortgage Group. Jennifer is set to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University in December 2023.
