Claire Fernandes

Claire Fernandes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Claire began their career at Parkville College in 2018 as a Holiday Program Instructor. Claire then transitioned to La Trobe University, where they held multiple roles, including Customer Service Officer in the Infrastructure and Operations Department, Client Services in the Student Services team, and Facilities and Operations Officer. At La Trobe University, Claire managed various responsibilities such as handling enquiries, managing emergencies, and coordinating bookings and campus tours. In 2018, they joined OnTheMarket as a Technical Support Analyst, providing support to customers. Most recently, Claire worked at HotDoc as a Customer Advocate and later as a Senior Support Specialist. In these roles, they independently resolved support tickets, identified and escalated issues, and reported trends and bugs to the Product Engineering team.
