Eric Warner is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in banquet and line cooking. Currently serving as Banquet Chef at Hotel Bennett since March 2022, Eric has previously held similar roles at The St. Regis Deer Valley and Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley. With a foundation in sous chef positions at Embassy Suites and Radisson, Eric has developed expertise in menu development and overseeing banquet operations. Eric's culinary journey began as a Lead Line Cook at Solitude Resort Lodging and included earlier experience as Cook II at The St. Regis Deer Valley. Eric holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institute of Salt Lake City, earned between 2014 and 2016.
