Roberto Fernandes

Roberto Fernandes has extensive experience in security and customer service roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Security Supervisor at Hotel Café Royal since April 2022, Roberto has progressed through various positions including Security Team Leader and Security Officer. Prior to this, Roberto worked as a Porter/Concierge at London Black Management from June 2019 to April 2022, providing concierge services for a private residence in Marble Arch. Additionally, Roberto has a background in bar management, having held the position of Bar Supervisor with Compass Group from June 2010 to July 2018, and briefly worked as a Bartender at Roehampton Club in 2016. Early career experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at Reiss from August 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities involved achieving sales targets in Menswear.
