Brian Garay

Brian Garay is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front office operations. Currently serving as the Front Office Manager at Hotel Casa Del Mar since February 2019, Brian focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction and overseeing hotel projects to improve the overall guest experience. Previously, Brian held several positions at Fairmont properties, including a brief task force role as Front Office Manager at Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston in November 2023 and as Assistant Front Office Manager at Fairmont Century Plaza. Brian's earlier experience includes roles at The Hollywood Roosevelt, where responsibilities ranged from Front Desk Supervisor to Senior Front Desk Agent, and as a Night Auditor for VPS Parking. Brian holds a Pharmacy Technician License from American Career College, obtained in 2011.
