Heidi Sanderson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Bartender in the TAP ROOM at Hotel Congress since June 2015. Prior to this role, Heidi managed and worked as a Bartender and Server at Caffe Torino from October 2013 to April 2015, and held the position of Manager at Augustin Brasserie between January 2012 and September 2013. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the Art Institute of San Francisco (2002-2004) and a L.M.T. in Sports Injury Therapy from the San Francisco School of Massage (2000-2002).
