Javier Castillo

Javier Castillo has an extensive background in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as President at 510 South Marketing Agency since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing new records under the Murs 316 record label and overseeing tour-related monetary affairs. Additionally, Javier has worked as a Social Media Manager for Illegal Pete's since August 2015, focusing on booking music acts and managing social media content. As a Resident DJ at Hotel Congress since January 2014, Javier plays a key role in one of the city's busiest club nights. Also, as the Founder and CEO of Gldn Artist Group since November 2010, Javier manages artists and organizes events in Tucson. Earlier experience includes working as a Content Curator for eegee's from April 2020 to October 2022. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from The University of New Mexico, earned between 2004 and 2009.
