Cailyn Brougham has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Cailyn started their career as a PGM Intern at The Broadmoor in 2013. Cailyn then joined Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2014 and held positions such as Rooms Leader in Development, PM Manager on Duty, and Assistant Director Of Housekeeping. In 2017, they joined The Westin Dallas Downtown as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and later became a Group Sales Manager. Since 2018, they have been working at Hotel Crescent Court, where they started as a Group Sales Manager, then became a Senior Sales Manager, and currently holds the position of Associate Director of Sales.
Cailyn Brougham attended Texas Tech University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications: ServSafe Certified from the National Restaurant Association in May 2013, and T.A.B.C Certified from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in June 2012.
