Hanniel Choi

Hanniel Choi is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in customer service and guest relations. Currently serving as a Front Desk Agent and Guest Relations Ambassador at Hotel Edison since October 2019, Hanniel prepares amenities for VIP guests and manages responses to hotel reviews. Previous roles include Doorman at Warren Lofts, Kitchen Steward at The Dominick, and Direct Care Support/Administrative Assistant at NY Beacon Group. Additional experience encompasses customer service sales at USA Service Dogs and sales and design at Columbus Accessories, along with an early role as a Cast Member at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
