Jon Sakshaug

Jon Sakshaug has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jon is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hotel Emma since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager of Hotel Emma from December 2021 and as the Hotel Manager from March 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Hotel Emma, Jon was the VP Finance at Hotel Emma Management LLC from April 2015 to March 2020. Jon also held the position of Director of Finance at La Cantera Hill Country Resort/Destination Hotels & Resorts from January 2014 to March 2015. Jon's previous experience includes being the Director of Finance at Westin Riverwalk from May 2012 to January 2014, CFO at Lake Placid Lodge from June 2010 to May 2012, CFO at Garrett Hotel Group from January 2009 to June 2010, and VP Finance at Everlands from October 2006 to December 2008. Additionally, they served as the Director of Finance at La Mansion del Rio Hotel from December 1999 to November 2006, Director of Finance at Omni La Mansion in 2006, and Director of Finance at Watermark Hotel & Spa from 2000 to 2006.

Jon Sakshaug attended Southern New Hampshire University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management.
