Vp, Product - Operations at Hotel Engine

Ali Z. has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries throughout their career. Starting in 2004, they worked at UPS as a Software Engineer and Implementation Specialist, before moving on to become an Industrial Engineer, Supervisor in Business Operations, and finally a Lead Industrial Engineer. In 2012, Ali joined West Monroe Partners as a Senior Management Consultant, where they managed accounts and developed internal practice structures.

In 2015, Ali transitioned to Pandora, where they held roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Manager of Business Analytics, and Senior Manager of Business Process Management & Analytics. In these positions, they utilized analytics to identify workflow improvements and collaborated with cross-functional teams to transform Pandora's advertising operating model.

In 2020, Ali joined ServiceNow as the Director of Product Operations, focusing on Telecommunications, Media, and Technology, as well as Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. Ali designed and developed an operational framework for the Product team and incubated new ideas and products within ServiceNow's R&D organization, NowX.

In 2022, Ali moved to DataStax as the Product Strategy and Operations role, responsible for driving product strategy and operations. Currently, Ali is working at Hotel Engine as the VP of Product - Operations.

Ali Z. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management and Marketing from Purdue University. Prior to obtaining an MBA, Ali Z. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering, also from Purdue University. Additionally, Ali Z. has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters, Master Standard Data (MSD) from UPS, and Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) from West Monroe Partners.
