Kevin Fraser

Kevin Fraser is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Revenue Generation at Hotel Equities. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Kevin started their career with Marriott International in 1999 as the Director of the Greater Atlanta Regional Sales Office. In 2010, they joined Noble Investment Group as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. Kevin then transitioned to Interstate Hotels & Resorts in 2015 as the Area Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Kevin Fraser most recently worked for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) from October 2017 until December 2019 as the Director of Extended Stay Commercial Performance.

In their current role at Hotel Equities, Kevin is responsible for leading the sales team and generating revenue for the company. Kevin is a trusted advisor to hotel owners and works closely with them to achieve their goals. Kevin is an expert in the hospitality industry and is respected by their peers for their knowledge and experience.

Kevin Fraser graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.

They are on a team with Eric Mccarthy-Zink - SVP, Hotel Accounting, Rodolfo Carlos - Associate VP, Feasibility and Investment Analysis, and Heather Killingsworth - Executive Assistant. and Bill Stachler - VP, Revenue Optimization reports to Kevin Fraser. Their manager is Brad Rahinsky, President & CEO.
