Suzanne Heller

Suzanne Heller is a member of our Finance Department. Suzanne brings over 20 years of financial and management experience, with 13 years of that working with real estate and hotel management. She has worked with a range of property types within the hospitality industry.

Prior to joining Hotel Equities, she worked at M3 Professional Services at its inception, managing the accounting for a large portfolio of hotels for third party clients. She also worked as an Accounting Manager and was instrumental in the training and transitions of new accounting staff. She led an accounting team as a Corporate Controller and visited hotels for transitions, training, and internal audits.

Suzanne obtained her Bachelors in Accounting from University of Alaska and her MBA from Brenau University. After spending 23 years in Alaska, she lives for the warm weather. She loves to spend her weekends at a nice spot on a lake with her husband and her two dogs, whenever given the chance.
