Vinit Kumar, CHA, CFBE, is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in operations and food and beverage management. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Hotel Equities since August 2022, Vinit also oversees the General Manager role at Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South. Previous roles include Guest Services Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited, where Vinit led significant gaming and dining operations. Additional experience encompasses director and managerial positions in various hotels and restaurants, including Ramada by Wyndham, MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual, and multiple properties within the prestigious Taj Hotels group.
