Tracy MacArthur

As the Managing Director of Regional Operations, Tracy MacArthur supports the school-based operations and is responsible for state reporting and compliance. Prior to working for KIPP, Tracy worked in school operations for the past eight years, most recently as a Managing Director of Operations for a multi-state charter network. Tracy started her career as an educator at a high school in Opelousas, LA as a 2004 Teach for America corps member. Tracy then served as the Volunteer Director for Volunteers In Public Schools, a non-profit organization working to foster student success for students by building public support for public education. She received her B.A. in Speech Communication from Ithaca College and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Tracy now lives with her husband, Mike in the Point Breeze Neighborhood of South Philadelphia.
