Ida Albo

Ida Albo is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality and wellness industries. As the Managing Partner and Owner of The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre since 1994, Ida has played a pivotal role in transforming the 243-room heritage hotel into one of Winnipeg's premier accommodations. Additionally, as CEO and Owner of Ten Spa, established in 2006, Ida has developed innovative treatments that have positioned the spa as one of Canada's top destinations. In 2012, Ida launched Yoga Public, an 18,000 square foot wellness center, which is set to expand into a modern private training studio and multidisciplinary facility. Earlier in their career, Ida served as an Economist for the Government of Canada and a Lecturer in Economics at The University of Winnipeg. Ida holds a Master's degree in Economics from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Economics from The University of Winnipeg.
