Alan Smith

Alan Smith serves as in-house counsel for Hotel Investment Group. He specializes in both legal and transactional Hospitality matters. Alan has more than 40 years of experience in contracts, residential and commercial real estate, and deal negotiation. Alan is a member of the California Bar Association and has served on many economic and civic organizations in his tenure. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego.
